Hi!

I have a clean installed Skyrim and Enderal.

Even my Windows is clean installed.

But I have red boxes everywhere so I can't do anything

Any suggestions?

red exclamation marks indicate that you have some missing textures.
I recommend to unistall Enderal completely (do not use the archive function). Uninstall Skyrim completely.
Download Skyrim again and install it (run it one time). Use the "Verify integrity of game cache" button in your Steam library for Skyrim.
Download the newest Enderal Launcher.
Install Enderal with a fresh installation package. We recommend to download the torrent because some browsers can't stop and continue downloads of that size correctly.
