What order do you ring the bells. or what is the quest id too get past it. I tried too list all quest ids but it just lists the main quest and not all the quests I on.

You can ring the bells and Calia will tell you if it's right or wrong. Just need to remember or write down what order you have to ring them.

I did the bells. Now I have too look for parts I found 2 of them where is the 3rd one?

It's rather hard to say, as we don't know which 2 you found. As I recall, there is one where you have to climb up some, maybe that is the one you are missing?

One is on the floor besides the beacon, second is in a small room behind it, third one is on a scaffolding overlooking it.
