Inventory: Delay when opening - by Zombernatural

Everytime I'm opening my inventory and/or looting someone/something It takes like 4-5 seconds to load the inventory.. game seems to pause, screens gets a little blurry and then everything works fine.. well at least until I open it the next time.
Any fix for that?

Uh. Never had that before.
Could you uplaod a savegame that we can analyze it?
Savegames can be found here: documents\mygames\skyrim\saves
A savegame consists of two files: one .skse and one .ess (please zip them)
