Hi!
First of all, I just wanted to say thanks to the developers for this great mod!
However I've run into an issue. During the quest "The Dreary Field" I was sent to "Sun Temple - Alchemist and Magic" to hand in the quest. Yet whenever I go there, the door is always locked (Expert). Strangely enough I can pick the lock, even though my Lockpicking skill is 15.
But even if I do pick the lock, I logically get a bounty and get attacked in a while, which means I can't have a normal conversation with the NPCs there.

I had that same issue.

I think you have to sell it to the guy in the undercity, which should be your other quest marker.

Or, alternatively, once you break in, you can open the console, click on other characters, except for the main dude you want to talk to, and use the "toggleai" command, thus they won't turn you in and you'll have all the time in the world to give in your quest. Once you've finished, just repeat the procedure with the toggleai command and leave without any bounty on you. At least that worked for me.
