i got the quest, and the 2 options the sneak and combat, and Entropy and Elemetarism, but what am i supposed to do. Plz help ;(

I don't think that there is anything to do. Is simply a tracker of the disciplines that can create a combination AFAIK.

It is just a tracker to let you know what combinations you can choose to get some bonus for your classes. The quest will be completed as soon as you get your afine class, if you go with Entropy and Elementarism for example, your class will be dark mage (or something along these lines and you get a bonus to your stats/skills).
