This quest is given by Meogar Ironford, and you have to search Golfur Silverman's shop to see what belongs to Meogar. I've looked at every item in that place and still do not know what to find or where to go. I'd appreciate some help.

He should sell the item you are looking for (a lute if i remember correctly).
