So am I just supposed to accept that Calia just dies with the rest of everyone during the cleansing? Whyyyyy?! Why couldn't Jespar, Calia, and I rule over the next Cycle? She was love dammit. Why doesn't the Veiled Woman transport her to the Star City with us? She seemed interested in her as a youth. Plus she was technically dead already, and has a demon inside her. Does none of that exclude her from the Cleansing?

If Calia dies depends on the decisions you made. It is not scripted which one of your companios will die.

Unfortunately not. :/ I didn't write the character decisions and don't know which decision determines this exactly. Maybe Nicolas can explain this.
