Completed all of the steps in the alternate reality Silvergrove, beat the monster, got the horse, and Ryneus died. I can not for the life of me find the Black Pearl or a way out of the area. I explored Old Yoggoth (sp) and defeated the demon hiding in the big chest, but the rock slide is still there. The only thing I could think of was to swim around the continent back to Ark, but I still don't have the black pearl to advance the quest. Please help!

Did you cremate Ryneus? Or activate him?

After he dies, you can activate him (press E^^), you get the choice to either cremate him or take the black pearl.

If you choose to cremate him the pearl gets added to your inventory too.

The pearl should be an amulet, so check there for the pearl.

Thank you so much! I guess the conversation just wasn't advancing or I was clicking something or backing out, but after I let it sit on the examination for a few seconds the option came up. Problem solved.
