I don't like it at all, even at low. Please add an option to completely turn it off. Thanks!

Also, I would ask for such options.
If you have a good monitor any blur is very disturbing.

Documents/MyGames/SkyrimPrefs.ini:

bDoDepthOfField=0

deactivates the blur effect.
