I'm stuck and the NPCs won't move - by Lueii

On my laptop, I have run into an issue where I can only move my head up and down in first person and the NPCs are incapable of moving. The main character also doesn't respond to movement commands. I can go to third person and move the camera as of patch 4 but I can't do anything else. If transfer it to my crappy desktop, this doesn't happen.

I have installed and reinstalled and have tried each patch.

Could it be that you have some mods active?
We recommend to deactivate all mods (unsubscribe in the steam workshop etc.)
If it is still not working upload your safegame.
Savegames can be found here: documents\mygames\skyrim\saves
A savegame consists of two files: one .skse and one .ess (please zip it)
