I can't find the path on the beach too go inland. Is it in the cave. I looked in there and up top don't see any other way out in the cave.
I found the rune key and have been up the rocks that appeared but did not find a second way out up there is there a way out up top if so I will go look again.

If you hopped on top of the stones that appear after using the rune key, you have two choices. Go left and go forward. The left turn leads to a room with crystals and loot, the forward leads to a section with a bow and arrow, a bedroll and information about sleeping. There should be a door, if my memory is right, and you can go on from there.
