Slight spoilers for the quest follow along with my question.

Outside Ark, I met an NPC called Uajaan Vuul who sold me a potion for 200 pennies, which will have an effect after two days. Two days later, I receive the objective to confront him but there's no quest marker and I've been having trouble finding him on my own. Does anyone know where this NPC can be found?

He usually is at the marketplace in Ark

Supposedly merchants are open from about 8AM to 8PM, but quite often this is not the case. Sometimes they don't open (or appear at their booth) until 10AM or even later. So if you can't find him but you see some booth with no merchant, he may just be late and you need to search again later.

Thanks a lot! I found him at the marketplace during the day. When I bought the potion, he was outside Ark on an evening walk I suppose, so I didn't even realize he was a merchant.
