If I'm not mistaken JOG's mod here does not affect speed of leveling at all - what those tables mean is describing the number of attribute increases you get when you level (not learning points and not the speed of leveling).

Yes I know that Psymon, but as I can't seem to find any way to slow down Nehrim levelling as yet, this will at least reduce the skills I must increase at level up. So that even though on paper my level would rise, my Character would be relatively weaker in relation to the world & consequently the game will be a little harder. I can't do anything about reducing learning points but at least I don't have to use them Beebee
