Start with a new 'Clean Install'.
Consider a backup of all your configuration / save games / mod data:

1. Uninstall Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim through STEAM.
- Open STEAM - goto your Library - find 'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim'
- Right click and select 'Delete local content'
2. Remove all old files and folders of your prior Skyrim installation before proceed-ING with the next steps.
- \\steamapps\common\Skyrim\ [Skyrim Install Directory] delete / rename the folder 'Skyrim'.
- \\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\' [Configuration, Saves] delete / rename the folder 'Skyrim'.
- If you're running low on disk space, empty your Recycle Bin'.
4. Now Install SKYRIM in STEAM.
5. Start Skyrim once and exist (so it autodetects settings) / Start Skyrim and test your default game.

7. Update Enderal with Enderal Launcher.
