Wow, I'm really impressed by your dedication to Wikia:P I really liked they way you did the page about yourself ( User Page). With what you're planning to do and contact information ( already sent you a facebook invite as Paulina ;p) I guess I will apply it to my userpage as well. Good to know what we're planning to do.

And sure, if you have some free time feel free to work on the layout. I guess Shatar made you an admin already.
And the rollback is very useful when someone (hope it won't happen) ruins our pages with deleting the info there.

As for Creatures, they do not have any unified structure yet, I guess. We 're still not sure how to tackle it. I edited Undead creatures and started new pages for various 'species' /'varieties' of the undeads, but still I'm not convinced if that's how it should be. (http://nehrim.wikia.com/wiki/Skeleton )

Glad you like the list. I tend to be forgetful (or have a lot of things I want to do at once) so having a list helps me out a lot.

Yea, I was thinking about the creature page as well. Right now it makes it a little difficult to add new ones in, especially if you want to put similar ones together. Like I wanted to add the Small River Crab right under the Armored one, but that's a lot of table editing. If it's ok, I'd like to tinker with that list. :]

I like how the Middlereal Fortresses page is set up, doesn't go into too much detail, but it shows a nice quick overview. I also like the Temple of the Creator one, plenty of information for anything you might want to know. Though the way it's set up is a little confusing right now.

I think the issue is the way the headers look. Besides Header 2, which looks fine, the others don't really look like headers (or subheaders) themselves. They just look like slightly larger bolded words. I think maybe indenting the subheaders might help...?

Sure, make any changes/improvements that you think would improve the page. As I said, I'm not satisfied with how it looks myself:P But at least a lot of info, so you can focus on polishing it a bit. I won't be working on the other pages until I finish the Main Quest...seems a priority for me, as a lot of people have trouble with finihing the quests.

Ok, sorry for double posts, but didn't have much time last time to wrte what I wanted.

1. I edited the Temple, does it look better now? Instead of subheading I used indented paragraphs : http://nehrim.wikia.com/wiki/Temple_of_the_Creator The Temple of contents does look more elegant, I think.

2. As for the layout, yes, it looks much better then the previous one At least we do not have this extremely longish list of contents, which looked horrible, in my opinion:P But if you were willing to work more on the desiging part, there's still a lot to do:
- maybe a logo ? We use default Nehrim Wiki logo.
- Check My Tools for Theme Designer
There is this option to Upload your own graphic. I didn't use it ,just combined defaul options... You can experiment with the colours also Some Wikias have very attractive backgrounds : http://assassinscreed.wikia.com/wiki/Po ... rotherhood ( this one is maybe not the best as I can hardly read the words there, but the background is nice). I don't know how to do something like this. I don't even know what I would ike to have as a background for the Nehrim Wikia, I'm afraid Maybe concept arts? Hmm.. dunno, really:P

I don't know how it would work out with our Wikia, but seems to give us more opportunities , we could put a trailer of Nehrim ( after asking SureAi for permission of course) , The Story (into made by Hawk) and the Help section, as we really need it.

These are only suggestions, you're doing really great job by helping us, if you don't feel like doing any of these things don't worry, Wikia looks better thanks to you now !

Those links are great. I like the 2/3 column style of the Assassin's Creed wiki and the video/image elements of the Two Worlds one. I'd definitely like to work on something like that - only Nehrim style. ;]

If we had a 3-column style, anything you'd want to see highlighted? I really like their "Helping Out" section, like you mentioned. It would be great to have something like that.

I'd like to tinker with the colors, too. Or maybe add some texture to the grey.

I'll jot down some notes and see what I can come up with. I'll tinker tomorrow, I have two articles I want to get up before my boyfriend comes home. :]

I went into the Theme Designer on the wikia page and it seems to only let me change the background, some colors and the logo. I was hoping for more control than that. So I'm going to have to do some reasearch to see just how I can do the things I was hoping to. :[

edit2: I found some info in the help section for editing skins. It said "An administrator can change the default theme of their wiki through bottom of the skin section of Special:Preferences. There are multiple themes that can be chosen to be used, and if none of them suit what the wiki wants, an administrator can create their own theme by selecting "Custom" in Special:Preferences" Does anyone see that option in their preferences? I don't see a skin section or any place that would allow me to select "custom". But at least I know it's doable now.

Ok, I believe I've figured out how to do it.
Every Wikia page has it's own css page associated with it. (MediaWiki:Wikia.css) All I have to do is edit that page to make the changes. If it's ok, I'd like to do so, meaning the site may look a little odd every now and then as I change things around (I won't be touching the content, just the backgrounds - like the image I uploaded). If at the end we want to have something different, then the info in the css page just needs to be deleted or changed and it will go back to the way it was. :]

EDIT: Nevermind, it won't be necessary to "work live" I've been told I can make the changes that only I can see on a private page, then I can take a snapshot to show you all, if you like it, then we can test it out on the wiki itself. :]
