kill
If it doesn't help:
player.moveto 1d86f7
(do this twice if once doesn't work)
and then tcl out of the Monastery.
I have no idea how this happens, but this is not the first time an NPC "disappears" this way, and the only possible reason lies in the engine. There is no script or AI that would make this NPC run into the Monastery (particularly when there is no way to there).
