This just happened to me, actually. A Steel Bearded Axe (I think, it weights 15 and has attack damage of 10) that I had enchanted with a ice sapphire (out of a ice elemental).
I can try to recover the item by console and enchant again, but what is the id of the axe mentioned above and of the ice sapphire, anyone knows?

did you read through the thread?
Oblivion was fully patched before you installed Nehrim, yes?
it would probably be easier to reload an earlier save (if there's a fitting one),
but these are the IDs from the CS
(the weapons are a bit different though, weight 16 and dmg 13?)
the axe should be

Nehrim was installed two days ago from my fully updated GOG copy of Oblivion, so absolutely certain it is running the latest. It seems it was what netpolip mentioned:
