I have a question concerning maximum for skills and attributes: Is there any reason to have 'em over 100 (bonuses from items)? Do you do more dmg with marks 110 compared to 100? Do you ie sneak better, jump higher or run faster with appropriate skills/attributes higher than 100?

Some skills make use of it, and some don't...
I think pushing your attributes over 100 works just fine, but with some skills (e.g. alchemy) it won't improve anything.
This was always a very buggy aspect of the engine, so maybe you just try it out
