1) did you reinstalled Nehrim after you reinstalled Oblivion?
2) I did not have any esm/esp files in Nehrim launcher, only 3 Nehrim files.
3) I'm absolutely not sure, if it really matters, but I did not launch Oblivion after I installed it.

They end with ".esm" and ".esp". If you don't see that, it means that you have disabled viewing file extensions in Windows, which is a rather bad idea (malware likes to exploit this, masquerading an EXE as a text file and similarly).
