Can be caused by other mods, bloated saves or by a corrupted installation. Re-installation of the game can help in some cases. You have to be careful with the Steam version due to the switching process. Switching from Nehrim to Oblivion first via the switcher tool before uninstalling Nehrim and Oblivion is needed on Steam.

This process would be easier with the GOG version because Nehrim has its own installation directory on GOG, so no switching is needed.

I literally tried everything lol.... Also I don't have Oblivion on my GOG account so I can't do the GOG version of Nehrim and I don't want to have to rebuy a game just to play a mod

Sometimes switching of unnecessary plugins one by one and trying to load a save game that was loadable before can help figuring out if there is a problem with one of the plugins. if the game loads without plugins activated, you can also check if one of the crashy areas can be accessed again.

aside from what Hoxyd says, do you have any textures installed that maybe don't use an *.esp?
(that would be your explanation for the invisible mountain lions)

what mod is nwrev?

Well I'll be damned. Looking through Nexus I just remembered I was having problems with the unofficial fixes mod previously

hm, the inofficial fixes alone should be ok (even if i don't use them personally)
there's probably some overlap with one of your other mods.
but if you get it to run without them all the better

not sure how ok Nehrim is with just removing them during the run, though -
if you keep having issues it might be better to start a new one (if my memory serves right it should be fine)
