hello again, I found the problem, it is in the
"NPC overhaul" mod. the problems that it creates are solved by the usual removal of the mod via launcher (screenshot attached). The mod replaces the standard three NPCs with more beautiful models and for some reason, a bug occurs in this tavern. By the way, the models deserve attention, maybe the creators will make them the basis of the game =)
