Hi! Just adding my two cents - I tested your save, and I can definitely reproduce your issues. More than that - I noticed that the combat music played (at least for me) comes from much later in the game, from main quests near the end of the game. Which is weird...
I have no clue what that means, but leaving it out here, maybe it can help.
