And I would also suggest to try out a newly downloaded installation package - I know it takes some time, sorry :/

No problem, it only took me like 20 minutes. So I will try that too. I'm downloading from the ModDB.com one, should I maybe try torrent instead?

So I've just done all of that, reinstall Skyrim, new install package and even launcher again... Still doing the same thing when I get to the update installation

Close the Enderal Launcher and open the zip-file under the update directory: ..\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\update\EnderalUpdate_[1.1.3.0][F][#]_EN.zip
Extract it to your Skyrim root directory: ..\Skyrim\
Open the configfile: ..\Skyrim\EnderalLauncher\system\config\conf.sur with a text editor and change the entry sCurrentVersion=1.1.0.0 to sCurrentVersion=1.1.3.0 and save your changes.
Start the Enderal Launcher and try to install the remaining updates.

Oh, now I've gotten in and nothing has textures. It's all purple. >.> And it says my version of skyui is either out of date or has been installed incorrectly.

Well, this indicates that the installation package (especially the meshes.bsa) which you have downloaded and installed is clearly damaged (not the patches). We would recommend to download the torrent.

Yep I just tried that. It's doing the update thing again. I'm going to try the fix from above and see if theres any changes IN GAME.

Yes!! So downloading it through the torrent and applying the update fixes Hoxyd mentioned above has fixed everything!! The game looks good!
