My game crashes every time I click new game lets me look at credits and i cant see saved games but wont let me start a new game when I click it all the happens is it crashes there is is no error message. So I have re downloaded skyrim and enderal launcher 3 times now and still wont fix crashing on new save. I cut the skyrim folder in steamapps and pasted it in another folder on my desktop for backup and then redownloaded skyrim. Also my computer meets all the requirments to play enderal, Aswell as i have no mods laoded.

you followed the install instructions?

try deleting the two ini files from ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim, maybe that already helps;
otherwise upload the skyrim.ini, please

every option is set to =1 in my ini, but I don't think that that's the issue...

did you install Enderal on a clean Skyrim installation (one without mods and without ENB)?


you could take a look into Windows' event log (I can only give you german translations - actual words can be different):
(right after the next crash)
- search via taskbar for "event viewer"
- in that screen, open "custom views" and then something like "administrative events"
- is there anything of interest in that list on the right

are game and launcher on the latest patch?

the issue seems to be this line here

I found one or two thingies concerning that:
first one

I guess you have answered it yourself. User Profile corruption.
Log in as a different User. rename the problem profile. Log in as the original user again.
A new profile will get created. If the crash is gone, copy your over your user data from the corrupted one.
If it does not solve the issue. Repeat steps with default folder too.
This is the template profile, when creating new profiles.

- you already uninstalled al that before - did you delete possible leftover files?
if not, uninstall again and do that.
than reinstall
- reinstall you graphics card driver
