I recently did a fresh reinstall of Skyrim and I installed Enderal. The first thing that does not work is that I get the SKSE memory fix isn't working pop-up but it also seems to not show the "Explore Enderal" message when I click on New Game, just the "Yes" or "No". then during the loading screen it goes on for a bit and then a bit of music starts playing but it's shortly cut off and the game crashes. I tried running the launcher on admin mode and windows 8 compatibility mode and nothing happens.

I had the similar problem during the game. But in my case loadings were just very long(10-15min).

Try to on/off "One Tweak" and switch some parameters in multithreading. I made some manipulations with them randomly and game repaired itself magically...

How did you install Enderal, did you use the launcher?

The second one fixes the pop-up problem, but it still crashes to desktop on the loading screen. It used to say that Skyrim stopped responding before, but now it's just a straight crash.

I had exactly the same problem with you. I having been searching for solutions for quite some days, desperately. Can anyone help solve this issue

It could be that you have installed Enderal with a corrupted installation package. We recommend the torrent download.
Try a complete reinstall with a fresh installation package. Follow this installation guide.

Hi, thanks for the response. I hope to use this thread to post my problem, and I will try to describe in a more specific way for myself:

Basically i got the same problem with him. My case is: after several days of trying (I first knew this from a China forum, and downloaded from there), I downloaded a fresh new Enderal from your website using the torrent file, and downloaded the launcher too (one from your official site, the other from somewhere in this forum as one of your guys recommended a 64 bit version). None of it solves the issue. My Skyrim was also fresh downloaded, and it worked well without Enderal, but after I installed Enderal with the launcher and the GZ file downloaded from your website, it crashes after the loading scene (I believe it crashes just when the loading is done and before the game is about to really start), no matter what I try.

My OS is Win 10, steam installed, PC requirements should be met as I just bought it 2 months ago with I7 6700K CPU and latest AMD RX480 Graphic Card, 16GB RAM.

So far those ways I have tried:

1. click the "unblock" in the application file property. (both the launcher and the SKSE_loader.exe)
2. tried all the compatibility things
3. tried all of the patches I can find

My launch log is attached too.

Hope you can advice a way to solve, or maybe recommend some patches that helps.

OK I'll try to reinstall it again. I used the torrent the first time but maybe some file didn't download correctly

Your LauncherLog displays an error with Steam. Make sure that Steam is already running when you start the Enderal Launcher.
You could also try to remove the write protection from your Skyrim folder.

I unselected "launch steam when launch game" in the settings. Does it really matter? Since you offered the option of running the game without steam.

The write protection thing I just searched in the internet. looks like all the folders are like this. and my Skyrim works perfectly before, in the same folder.

When I first installed the fresh downloaded Skyrim,I tried first.

Then in the next several days, I tried several times of installing and uninstalling Enderal, everytime when I uninstall Enderal, I tried Skyrim, no problem in playing (I can start a new game with no problem).

Steam running in the background is the same for me. crashes in the loading scene.

Uninstall Enderal completely (do not archive it) and reinstall Skyrim. Verify Integrity of Skyrim's game cache. Install Enderal again with this instruction. Make sure your mods/ENBs ar disabled or that you have a new profile in your NMM.
