1. I have downloaded all the files and started the Launcher.
2. When I get to "Install Enderal", I am invited to "Choose installation type".
3. I select "Enderal installation File".
4. When I click on "Next", nothing happens (it does not appear to be an active button).
5. There appears to be no alternative path on offer.

Now what?

Have you tried launching .exe with admin rights ? (right click on exe => launch as admin)

Thank you for this, but I tried this and it made no difference; there is still a big red "X" on the Install page, and "Next" remains inactive.

I have also consulted the installation guide, which doesn't appear to address this issue.

You have to choose the path of your installation package! The button with 3 points on it will open up the explorer in which you can select the 8GB file.
