The left and right of the hero menu go off the screen. Is there any way to fix this?
You' re probably using a resolution which is not supported. The implemented SkyUI only supports standards and 16:9.
In this case, the FlawlessWidescreen tool most probably can fix your issue.

Are the resolution setting in the launcher correct (dumb question, I know)?
And maybe you can send a screenshot. Hopefully others know that issue when seeing it.

Two things that come to my mind:
1. I see you activated "windowed mode". You could try switching that off
2. 1280x1024 is not a native 16:9 resolution, though a standard. You could try using 1280x720 or 1200x675, just to give it a try.
