Quick question Nehrim experts, - This character is level 24 and able to cast Rank IV spells. We picked up a Rank III Blessing of Intelligence Rune ... yet when It's clicked on the message:
"Ihr benotigt mehr magische Fahigkeiten"
appears, letting me know the spell is beyond the character's abilities. I have the Rank II version of this spell memorized, and as the sanctum and mountain monastery is currently closed to me making instructors a bit scarce... a new version of the spell would be welcome.
Is this Rune bugged or mislabeled? I was under the impression that any spell up to Rank IV is learnable by this point, and the character's base Restoration score is 40....gets up to 50 with equipment and stance bonuses, so the spell should be castable as well as learnable.

Thanks for the report. It is a bug indeed. The current requirement is 28 and it should be 14 to learn this spell. Will be fixed with the next patch.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that's found this, I thought it was a level up thing, but because the on-screen (in-game) message was in German I didn't know what to do about it.
