I used the glider to fly to the third tablet dungeon, but the place proved way too hard for my low level character. I thought I could return later with the “Mark” spell but I accidentally marked another place.

Is there another way to get to the last tablet? Could one summon a new glider with a code?

Interesting. That could be a problem and no, sorry, I wouldn't know how to reset the glider. There should be a few ways around your problem though...

IIRC, there is an exit from that tower that comes out at the base of the tower at the beach to the north or north-west of the entrance. Man, I really can't be sure though and even if I am right it could be a case where that door is locked. Two things you could try. First if you can get to that door and it is sealed you can always use the console - click the "~" key once (key below the ESC key on most western keyboards), click on the door in game, type "unlock" without the quotation marks, click the enter key and click the "~" again and the door should be unlocked. Another, and perhaps easier way to regain access, is to enter the console and turn the collision off. Make you way as close to the tower as possible and then enter the console, type "tcl" without the quotes (you should see a message "collision off"), exit the console by clicking on the "~" again and you will be able to fly your player character straight up to the platform where the entrance is. Once you are up there, hover a few feet over solid ground in front of the door and then reenter the console and type tcl again, hit enter and then exit the console. This will turn the collision back on and there you are. Good luck.
