When I level up to lvl 2 and assign my skills and click ok, the game freezes. It has happened multiple times at the same point.
In the launcher I have activated the data files "Nehrim.esm" "NehrimData.esp" and NehrimEnglish.esp". There are no other data files listed. I do not have oblivion installed through steam, and I installed Nehrim in a separate file. Oblivion is updated to the latest version. I have had no problems besides this freeze.
Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

It seems like the Lvl-Up takes some time to adapt, you may need to wait a bit. This didn't happen in the German version to me, but in the English it is the case. If waiting a little while doesn't help, then there may be a real problem behind it. 
On slower machines especially, you'll need to wait after clicking on level up. The game is doing some calculations and if you try moving, it'll lock up. Even on a quad-core machine, there is about a two second delay.
The solution was I just had to wait longer (~15-20 seconds) without touching anything. I would alt tab, push buttons etc and that makes it perma-freeze up. Thank you guys for your help, otherwise I would have not tried again.
