So I have a character at level 40+ (I think 42 but I can't remember exactly) that ive beat the game with then went back to a save I made before I started the final mission but I have started crashing to desktop every single time I leave a building into Vyn (doesn't happen in Ark just when I enter the main open world) and ive done a lot of googling for it but the only solution I've found is to sleep 12 hours to run the day/night cycle which used to work but no longer does. I don't have any mods it's just vanilla Enderal. (I think I don't have mods, if I do then fixing that might be a start.)

That's an engine bug. Wait for your ice elemental summon to disappear and unsummon your apparition. After that you should be able to leave again.
