Sarah in Mountain Monastery, she is here before you can legally enter inside, but after she is gone. She is not essential and no respawning.
Bard Martino in Erothin, never see him in game.
Sinor the Hunter disappeared in my game, he is also not essential and no respawning, perhaps it is eaten by wolves.
