Is there any possiblilty that Nehrim runs with other MODs

Have been using X-Races.esp mod with German version. No reason other mods wont work.

You have to edit almost virtually all Oblivion mods to use them in Nehrim.
The references to the Oblivion master files have to be replaced by references to the Nehrim master files. (Only mods without those references can work without changes.)
Mods that make any worldspace/cell changes in Oblivion are a problem and need further editing.
Nehrim does not use leveled lists. All items are hand placed. (IIRC some of the respawning monsters use their own leveled lists on respawn but those depend rather on the region, not the player level.)
There should be a tutorial here in the forum.

I was able to make S.P.A.M. and the Bag of Holding mod work without much effort. SPAM was just changing the master in Wyre Bash to nehrim, and for BoH I used Tes4edit and removed the quest portion that points to Vilvern and changed the master with wyre bash. Works fine so far.
I have gotten quite a few things to work. Dimensional Pouch, several pose mods, I got the quick key wardrobe also. I have added many clothing items just the old fashion way.
If anyone is interested I would be happy to ask permission to share anything I can.
It is also easy enough to add eyes and hair yourself in the CS.

This is (by the author's admission) a quick & dirty patch to translate the remaining German notes into English. Doesn't work on the graphical posters, and a lot of times the results are pidgin weirdness, but as a non-German speaker I've found it pretty helpful:

Personaly I love changing NPC's because default beth ones are kind of sucky, Ive been tempted to do an elf converstion/esp that changes the game elfs to another like ancient elven sorcerers(ess) because realy dont like rens mystic elf base for some reason, but theres about 4-5 copies of each race then you have to make male and female races seperate because it uses head6 model usualy, plus no wiki to know what each NPC is and what they do make it hard,+ any scripts it might screwup :/
