Can't see anything

I can't see anything on the character creation screen, but when I create a character I can see my character and my inventory when I press tab, and I can see the HUD. Also, I cannot see anything in the room that I start in.

My video card is Intel HD Graphics. (I know it's a bad card but it should be able to handle this game.)
