hey guys um im new to this game and whenever i start Nehrim to make a new character all I see is black it wont show the Character and the NPC in the beginning and i also cant get out of the mine everything is black please help me

Hi.

Is it totally black or just dark. If just dark, open your inventory and equip the torch.
