The best way to report bugs and other troubles (insufficient balancing, user-friendliness) with Nehrim is to use the bug tracker. Here is a short guide how to use it:

1) Cookies must be allowed and you must be logged on in the forum in order for the bug tracker to work.
2) Go to http://www.sureai.net/forum/tracker.php?p=4 and click on "Neues Ticket einreichen". (Alternatively, go to http://www.sureai.net/forum/tracker.php?mode=add&p=4 directly.)
3) Write a title for your bug in the small input field. (The title must be informative. For example, a good title is "Graphical spell effects lead to massive lag in Dark Forest". A bad title would be "Serious bug found!!!!!")
4) Put the bug description in the large input field.
5) If it is a quest bug (some quest is stuck), then it is very likely that we need your savegame in order to understand the bug. You can upload your savegame by clicking on the "Durchsuchen" button (under the input field for your bug) and then clicking on the "Anhang hinzufügen" (= add attachment) button below.
6) Submit your bug report by clicking on the "Ticket eintragen" button at the end of the page.

Your bug report is now a ticket in the bug tracker. Don't forget to note down the URL of this ticket and/or bookmark it in your browser! You may want to check once again whether somebody has replied to your ticket.
Note that once your bug is fixed, the ticket disappears from the http://www.sureai.net/forum/tracker.php?p=4 page. So in order to find it then, you need either to have the URL noted down (or bookmarked), or you need to search for it in the list of all closed tickets.

Thanks a lot for using the bug tracker. It saves us a lot of work and is much easier to work with than the forum! The forum is best used for general discussion.

it says Oblivion has stopped working when i try to start

Are you using Steam? If so, turn off automatic updates for Oblivion. If you have followed the ReadMe instructions, you have made a backup of your Oblivon folder. Repeat the following instruction from the ReadMe:

- When the installation is complete, go to the folder where you have installed Nehrim. Copy and paste ALL of it into your Oblivion folder (Steam\SteamApps\common).

Now try this (even if you don't use Steam): In C:\Users\Yourname\Documents\My Games\Oblivion, there is the file Oblivion.ini. Remove it from there - move it to a backup directory. Start Nehrim. Does it work now?

All armor sets that i equip don't give me the "set bonus". I receive the normal bonus of each item but the bonus for the set doesn't stack, it says in the screen that the bonus have been applied but in my character stats nothing changes. It even says in the "active effects" menu that i'm getting the bonus from the set, but my stats continue the same. Is there a way to fix this? And sorry if this was not the right place to report this, btw.

The links leading to the bug tracker are dead. Is it still available? There is this one, but it seems related only to Enderal (and I can't sign in with my forum credentials).

The bugtracker for the old Nehrim has been discontinued long ago. You are quoting a 9 year old tread^
Since then there was also a complete server move. Please do not use the Enderal-bugtracker for this.
(but we are currently testing Nehrim for the steam version itself)

Do you have a special bug in mind or did you mean that from the other post with the rats?

thanks for reporting, we have noted it in the current list (although I don't know if this can be changed)

In the Steam achievements list, for "Botanist" it says collect 200 plants. Well, I've collected thousands, but no Botanist achievement. The in-game achievement says collect 100 rare plants; well, I've done that and gotten the Botanist achievement in game, but not on Steam. Is this a bug?
