Fast travel

I've searched and haven't been able to find out, so I'm going to post

Is it possible to fast travel, because I can't, or is it simply not implented in to the game yet?

Sorry if I post something that has been answered a million times before.

There is no fast travel, although there is teleportation via spells and teleport runes. Teleport runes are sold by vendors and cost around 100 gold each. There are also horses and donkies.
