after splitting Nehrim Expanded into an own plugin, we encountered problems with special script effects like

GetTotalAEAbilityMagnitude FOSK Sneak

This code asks about the increase of the sneak skill through a magic ability.
But "NehrimData.esp" has a set of it own magic effects which collide with the ones used in "Nehrim.esm".
So there is one magic effect called "FOSK" in "Nehrim.esm" and one also called "FOSK" but with a different ID in "NehrimData.esp".


With this fixed version of "NehrimData.esp" such script functions work again since the magic effects in this "NehrimData.esp" share the same ID as the ones in "Nehrim.esm".
Any redundant doubles of magic effects are deleted.

This is for the english version. My pal installed an english version of Nehrim, just to be able to provide a fixed version also for that.
