This makes a few adjustments to Arkt (Both IDs of him) to adjust him to a more likeliness of his concept art. His eyes are now green, his mask has been removed, and he has custom stubble that can be accessed through the age sliders for Half-Aeterna (I adjusted his age a tiny bit so the conflicts with other NPCs would be limited; he is at 57 now and shares the stubble with one other NPC to my knowledge, who has a rather dark beard to begin with, so the changes are hardly noticeable), he also has a few facial changes predominately around his cheekbones, jawline, and nose selion.
This should work fine with either the EV or DV of Nehrim, but let me know if anything is wrong.
