Recently I decided to check up on the progress of the English voice acting mod and, unfortunately, discovered it was never finished. However, they posted as much of the mod as they completed, downloaded, and tried to put in the game.
First I went through the files of Nehrim and replaced the Data file with the English version but when I play the game it is all still german.

I even tried deleting the voices from the file and still german voices.

So Where are the voice lines kept if not
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion\Data\Sound\Voice\Nehrim.esm\

I keep looking through the game files and can't find any german ones at all.

the german voices are packed in the "L - voices.bsa" file

you might want to try "ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!", with that mod "loose files" (like the voices you downloaded) overwrite the ones in BSAs

Thanks a ton for this help, the mod you suggested did not seem to do anything but chances are I installed it incorrectly but deleting the "L - voices.bsa" file worked wonders. Thanks, A lot.
