Early in the game I traveled to Ledur,
where I witness a flashback.
Then, in my quest log, it says that I must find the
hatch. I've looked in and around Ledur, can't find it.
Is it somewhere else?
It doesn't show up on the quest tracker.

OK, thanks for the quick reply.
But...
I experienced the flashback quite a while ago,
so I don't remember where the hatch is.
Also, the link has a picture and a map to a
"tree stump" which isn't mentioned in the text of the link.
Furthernore, it appears as if this tree stump is back towards
the area you first start from, not Ledur.
Sorry if i'm being dense here!

Thank you so much for your kind attention to this.
I finally found it (it was the actual hatch in Ledur that I was looking for).
Like many things in this game, you just have to spend a little time and
effort trying. It's not always handed to you; which is cool.
Side question (no big deal, just askin'):
The locked door at the end of that long underground section
after you go through the hatch; is that for a later quest,
or is there some way to get through at this point in the game?

every single time... i think that it has something to do with the Stinkhorn because i found another 2 places when the game crash and shuts down my pc and the plant is
one cave that i don't remember, as soon as i picked up the Stinkhorn plant the game (and computer) crashes, after a few tries i just decided to skip the collection of those plants and the game didn't crashed
and in the Ruins of Astardoth... everything was fine but as soon as i stepped in a room with those plants everything crashed ;_;
