No quests in Ostian?

I did not find a single side quest in Ostian I was reading the shrines but never found #4. Just about every door has a locked, needs key message. Now the main quest whisks me away. Was this area largely unfinished?

Well, it's not really a quest necessarily but there is the Arena to spend some time with. And plenty of good places to visit. Of course, you can always head back there after finishing the main quest if you like. This world is huge with so much to see and do. Personally I am amazed that they were able to populate it with as many places and quests as they have. If some things are as of yet unfinished, I am not complaining.

I did the arena stuff and that was fine. I didn't mean to complain, I think I have 100+ hrs in the game, and yes, there are some cool ares to find and explore. It's just kinda jarring after the northern regions where every time you turned around there was an adventure to go on. And since there is no explanation, I kept thinking I must be missing tons of stuff.

Oh, I see. Yeah, I can understand why you may have thought that. And, sure, it is a bit of a let down that there wasn't even more to do there and it does make it feel a bit unfinished (it probably is unfinished), but I thought it was positively crazy the amount of stuff these guys were able to implement so far. Head off toward the Crater. It's nuts over there
