The Undead Duchess - Kim lost and unconsious [solved]

I just learned the hard way not to take Kim with me on this bounty quest. Figured she would just pop back in as usual after going through the next doorway when it was done, but no luck. How do I get her back?
I tried starting this quest over back in Ostian, and was going to ask her to wait, but that option was no longer available. All I got was the "About" option when clicking on her.
Is there a character ID for Kim and a MoveToPlayer command like in Skyrim?
Edit: I found Kim's ID, and after trying several commands that didn't work, this one did the trick:
PRID 001bc7dd
Moveto player (No dot between move to and player, space instead)
However - I am concerned that if I need her to "wait" again at some point, I will not be able to. When I click on her, she says "What is it", and the only conversation option that comes up after that is "About". There used to be "Come with me" and "Wait"
