forgot which tower but there is an undead prince or some kind of royalty in there.but there is a magic symbol up on a ledge above a staircase that seems unreachable.i tried telekenesis and shooting it with arrow but i can;t seem to get it.is there a way to get it.

Don't know wich location you mean, but you normaly you must be able to reach it.
Try it with jumping or maybe there are hiden ways.

I guess I know which MS you mean. Pretty annoying, but I managed to take it by jumping on the stair-rail (save and loaded quite often before I managed to reach it), it is easy to fall off the rail. Good luck!

yea , i tried to jump on the stairway railing but i could'nt seem to get onto it.
