Nehrim game won't start without Oblivion CD

Hi I just downloaded and installed Nehrim, but the game won't start without the Oblivion CD. However, I do not have the Oblivion CD, since my copy of the game was bought through direct download. How can I solve this problem?

Yes, of course. I've never had an Oblivion CD. I bought it through Direct Download.
