Where is the best place to suggest a new mod?

I'm tired of trying to find the closest secure chest.
Could a quest be created to locate the nearest secure chest, which would put up a marker to follow? And then it would reset, so I could use it again?
Is this the best place to ask someone to make this quest mod?

I don't know if I understand you right,
you're looking for a mod to store your goods on the way?
If so, take a look here or here
(but it's the German term "Nimmervoller Beutel")
PS:
It's tested with ForgottenStories.

No.

"FIND THE NEAR SECURE CHEST" quest.

...a mod with zero rewards and never ends.
So when I toggle it ON it shows a marker to the nearest secure chest.

Remember there is a secure chest at every Myrad Tower and you can set a personal objective on the map which will appear on your compass. Will that help?

I know what you mean though - it would be similar to the Skyrim "Stones of Barenziah" mod that put an arrow over every known stone location until you had visited it. In your case you would want the location of every known chest but that the arrows stayed even after visiting the chest location.

I simple use the mark and recall spells + first a scroll back to Ark to get back to my chest and then directly back to where I was. Works just fine.

Exactly!
