SPOILERS WELCOME
As we are all aware, sometimes bandits can have a named boss character in their camp with better loot and abilities but they are usually obvious. They get the best room and the safest, warmest location. As Mel Brooks would say... "It's good to be the King!"
So what do we assume when we find a mystery person with a name well away from any group of bandits? Is there a story here? What was the Dungeon Designer trying to tell us? Well I think I have found one... Esartira.
Feel free to give your thoughts on WHY this woman is located where she is.

In the Goldenforst region stands the ruins of Castle Goldenforst and several Ancestral Crypts of the Great Houses of a bygone age. Many of these places are infested with powerful Lost Ones and their eternal servants. Despite the risks, Bandits that are either incredibly brave or completely desperate can sometimes eke out a precarious existence here.
Below Castle Goldenforst is a complex of mines. Bandits are living and working here, extracting Iron and Corundum for their equipment and perhaps a little honest trade. After all, those bounties are not going away on their own, are they? Of course mining near a fortress full of Lost Ones can be a bit riskier than some may prefer but at least they tend to stay put if you leave them alone. Just remember to heed locked doors... and sleep with a light on.
So there you are... a bandit boss. An Endralian woman... with freckles, apparently. In charge of a dozen or so malcontents and barely able to keep discipline. You find an ornate door in the mines deep under the Castle Goldenforst and according to the inscriptions it might be the Tomb of Princess Dal'Malak. Well who hasn't heard of that family?
There could be loot. The imagination populates the place with coffers full of gold, jewels and perhaps even things that might be buried with a Noble Princess. Golden Slippers of the Princess... the Noble Brassiere of Amazing Uplift. There could even be the Fabled Foundation of Perfectly Matched Skin Tone. Anything!
What is a girl to do? You leave your men and immediately go and check out the Tomb. Alone of course because those cissies certainly don't want to have their entrails wound out on a stick by a vengeful Lost One. You clutch your Sword of the Flaming Righteous Path and creep in. Past a table with a poem written by a grieving father. Down the stone steps into a flooded sunlit cavern. Past the traps and up the other side to the sarcophagus. No guardians... no Princess. It is empty!
You hear the faintest of noises behind you from the far side of the cavern and see movement? Is it the Princess? Is it her enraged Father, Lord Dal'Malak himself? No... it appears to be an Adventurer here to take the treasure that should rightly be yours! Nobody but you will claim the Noble Brassiere. Nobody!

Amazing, isn't it what the mind will come up with when confronted with a Tomb inside a Mine with no undead but a living person, hostile on sight. TES5EDIT reveals she is on the Bandit faction, is a Boss and has some nasty abilities. And those freckles.
Why is she there?

Oh come one... anyone who has watched their wife try to find a good foundation knows that what looks perfect on the model looks like Humbrol Orange on a real person... even if it is labelled Ivory 000. And as for the Noble Brassiere, we know they must exist otherwise what is the CBBE body mod for?
