How to complete Art of combat quest ?

Hello,

I'm level 39 and I think missing or misunderstanding "Art of combat" quest.

I can't find the book or the discussion on "The legendary Endralean Keeper Loram Waterblade used both elemental magic as well as a sword." so I not be able to complete the quest and receive bonus class.

I need some help please.

you're probably looking for the affinities?

If I look correctly, not everything is listed in the Enderal-Wiki yet, but here is e.g. a list on Google,
you need 10 Perk's in each of the matching stones, double or talents do not count.
Or maybe you were looking for general information about the quest.

just to be sure, are the bonuses applied even if the quest is not completed?

Also, who should I talk to to complete the quest please? I'm missing the information about Loram : "The legendary Endralean Keeper Loram Waterblade used both elemental magic as well as a sword.", I can't find a book or someone to tell me it.

The quest is not necessary for any affinities, it just gives some hints about possible combinations.
(also not about all affinities)
About Loram Water Blade there are also some books and comments, but it has nothing to do with these books or the quest.
(is also only a hint)
