The Last Stone quest won't initiate

I completed Trails in the Sand many game days ago. I sided with Dijam Onelys and resigned from the Golden Sickle. According to the Wiki for this quest a courier is supposed to approach me in Ark and give me a Sealed Letter from Dijam which starts Sealed Letter. That never happens. i attached my most recent saved games for reference.

hi, welcome to the forum!

that's a somewhat "known" bug, we don't know why it happens.
so it would be really great to have an earlier save, before you completed the latest stage of the sickle questline.
(we'd need the *.skse file too, the forum doesn't like the format, please pack them to a rar or zip or something)

[+] to the workaround

- open the console
- type player.moveto 13b6fe and press ENTER
(- close the console?)
- you should now stand directly next to the courier (in Ark); talk to him and the quest should continue

Thanks the workaround worked. I don't have a saved game prior to making the decision to side with Dijam that I can send you.
