Can't start the Arena questline

I recently started a discussion on steam about the topic, but I was directed here.
The questline to the arena didn't start when i entered Undercity.
Rasha dosnt respond to me eighter. I've tried reentering Undercity and I've been talking to the different NPCs all over Undercity and Ark in general. I've been playing for a days before i realized that the bug'd happened and i dont've an earlier savegame.
The quest "Blood and Dust" is neighter in my quest log or in my completed questlog.
Is there anything i can do to fix the problem?

Welcome to the forum

We also need the skse file. Because a savegame consists of two files (.ess and .skse).
Pack the .skse file to a zip or rar archive (the forum software doesn't accept .skse format).

Have you ever tried to deactivate your mods and continue playing? Mods often cause such a problem.

And please save manually more often!

I've reuploaded a new save just outside Undercity in the rar.
I just tried to deactivate all my mods and reenter Undercity, but the quest didnt pop sadly.
I try to remember to safe often, but I think i entered the Undercity like 30 ingame hours ago and i must've overwritten the savegame from back then.

I just made a new character, with the same setup, and teleported to Ark, got the quest when I entered the Undercity, if that helps somehow.

You somehow managed to load the game without the Enderal - Forgotten Stories.esm at one point.

What wonders me is that the game should automatically quit back to the main menu if this .esm isn't loaded. I just tested it myself a minute ago and it works fine. So something else must have interfered on your end. Could you provide a full list of mods that you've installed (also list those that you uninstalled at some point / you no longer use)? Thanks.

Your only way to deal with this would be to revert back to an older save in which the bug hasn't occured yet.
Load a save and check if the bug occured by typing in console:

Code: Alles auswählen

sqv fs_nqr03

There should be some text displayed and it should say:
Quest state
Enabled? No
State: Stopped
Current stage: 0
Priority: 100

If that's the case, then the save is fine. If any of these values are different, it's broken beyond repair.

Sadly, I dont've an earlier save. This happened like 30+ ingame hours ago.
Is it possible to start the quest by doing a setstage or would this cause too many problems?
- I tried to setstage FS_NQR01 0, on the save i sent you, and got the quest. But Rasha still wont talk to.
The game runs smoothly aside from a few crashes now and then and the only "bug", that I've encountered or somehow caused is that my Phasmalism dosn't show or work towards dual-classing so i can't get my Phasmalism/Sinistrope class. - But that's fine. I tested it out and I could go for another combination that worked. It seems like it's only Phasmalism that dosnt work.
I've got a few mods installed and I'll list them below. I've also used the console a but to add crafting skills and to cheat in the apothecary amulet for the small quest in the sun temple, since i'd sold it or dropped it at some point. But I only used the console recently so that's not why the Undercity problem's there.
